Overview:
The 15-day Beta trial of Functional Academics Q2 is designed to help learners—especially those with special educational needs—develop practical academic and life skills they can use in daily life. This trial is ideal for students and parents who did not join Q1, giving them an opportunity to experience our structured program before enrolling in full Q2.

Trial Includes:

  • 3 live classes per week

  • Worksheets, homework, apps & games

  • Team support and feedback

Learning Goals:
During the trial, students will:

  • Recognize and read commonly used words in real-life settings, including labels, signs, and safety symbols.

  • Apply basic math skills such as multiplication, division, shopping, counting change, measuring ingredients, and telling time.

  • Understand calendars and clocks to manage daily routines.

  • Follow step-by-step instructions for personal tasks such as hygiene, schoolwork, and simple cooking.

  • Apply academic knowledge in home, school, or community settings.

  • Improve problem-solving and decision-making skills in practical scenarios.

Curriculum Focus:
Mathematics lessons cover multiplication, division, time, and using money in real-life situations, with activities like grouping objects, daily routine time charts, shopkeeper-customer role play, and “My Mini Shop” project.

English and communication skills focus on sequencing events and stories, using verbs and adjectives, and answering WH & HOW questions, supported by story sequencing cards, picture-based sentences, and the “My Day Storybook” project.

Life skills cover growing up, personal hygiene, emotional awareness, coping strategies, personal safety, boundaries, reading safety signs, and understanding labels. Students engage in hygiene kit creation, role-play, visual games, and projects like “My Hygiene Routine,” “My Circle of Trust,” “Safety Sign Chart,” and “Label Detective.”

Month-wise Focus:

  • October: Growing Up & Hygiene – My Hygiene & Self-Care Routine

  • December: Safety Signs & Reading Labels – Safety Sign Chart & Label Detective
